How working with me works
Everything out of your head, onto paper
The money, the staff, the mess — even the personal stuff bleeding into the shop. From that I build the exact plan I'd run if it was my shop with your problems. Not a template.
The money month
Four calls in month one and the plan's already moving — the rebook system at the till on every cut, your team trained on socials and outreach, chairs filling so the shop buys your time back. The highest-revenue changes first, so this pays for itself fast.
Barbers worth trusting
The hiring system that actually finds them — where to look, the ad that attracts them, the deal that keeps them loyal. If you've been stuck on "I can't find anyone", you're not short of barbers. You've been using the wrong bait.
Stop feeling. Start knowing.
Weekly numbers, per barber, per chair — ten minutes from anywhere. You see where the business leaks and where to focus, instead of throwing things at the wall. Then it's a call every two weeks plus me on WhatsApp whenever you're stuck.
Simple monthly plans, capped spots. Give it ninety days — that's how long the first phase takes — then walk any time with thirty days' notice. Exact numbers on the call, first thing, no games.
SPEAK TO JAY
How much does it cost?
The call is free, and price is the first thing we cover on it — exact numbers, no games, because the worst part is not knowing what to expect. One client's maths: a small price rise per cut covered the fee inside the year. If you're not ready for it, I'll tell you straight.
What happens on the call?
Thirty minutes with me — I take every one of these calls myself. I'll have looked at your shop before we speak. We go through what's leaking money and what I'd fix first if it were mine. If I can't help, I'll say so in the first five minutes.
How long am I tied in for?
Ninety days to start — that's genuinely how long the first phase takes to land. After that, walk any time with thirty days' notice. My average client stays about eight months and then doesn't need me any more, which is exactly how coaching should end.
I've tried coaching before and nothing stuck.
Most coaching is a folder of PDFs and a text once a week. This starts with everything about your business out of your head and onto paper with me, and the plan that comes back is built off your shop — not a template.
Who is this NOT for?
Chair-rental setups, and shops where the diary's still half empty. If that's you, I'll tell you on the call it's not for you yet — no hard feelings. Go watch my free stuff first; it'll get you there.
